This gem in the middle of Casco Viejo is an amazing find in the centre of the old town. We stayed 2 nights at 2 different times of our trip in 2 different apartments (a 3 and a 4 bedroom) and both were amazing and had a private rooftop each 🥰 The decorations and taste were sumptuous and we had a complimentary bottle of wine and fresh beers in the fridge which was greatly appreciated. We felt really privileged and wish we had stayed longer in the beautiful place. The password and codes for doors were super convenient as we did not need a key to access the apartment.

“Horrible. Never book here. They cancelled 16 hrs before checking.”
This was horrible. I booked 4 months ago. On New Year’s Eve - about 16 hrs before checking- they sent a note saying they overbooked and could not accommodate us. “Sorry for inconvenience”. We had to scramble on New Year’s Eve while celebration started, to find alternate accommodations. I am trying to sort out if we were charged.

In the middle of the Casco Viejo this is the very best address. Refurbished old noble mansion with all the flair of a romantic place. Steps from the restaurants and the hotspots of the old town. Amazing staff. Simply amazing! So helpful and ready to assist.

“Wonderful apartment in the heart of the Old Town”
My stay at Los Diamantes was amazing. The mini apartment that I got was at the top floor and it had a fantastic view over the old the town. The place was equipped with all the facilities that a traveler needs: a small kitchen, a laundry and drying machine, air conditioning, fast internet etc. The apartment was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Finally, the location was super central and safe; right at the heart of the old town.

Location was great, we just had to wait for a while on our arrival. It is fairly quiet but highly depends on other guests, the other guests was extremely noisy coming in late night. But hey it's Casca Viejo and you are in a city that does not sleep so you have to embrace it. Julio was very helpful, he also directed us to a second hotel as we decided to stay another night because we loved it so much but he was already fully booked. Close to WONDERFUL restaurants and in the heart of the old city! Julio also arranged our transit from airport to the hotel. I would definitely come back and stay here.
