The bed is very comfortable and big (the double one), the room is big, there is a cupboard with mirror and nightstands, there is a clothes rack where you can hang/dry your clothes, there are hangers, they provide a cooler vase if you need to cool some food. The room has a simple style, and not the newest furniture (but I consider back time they made things more durable and useful), and for sure, one gets all the basic necessities met and some more. The toiletries are simple but enough, and the towels are white. They clean the rooms every day. The AC is very good, the noise outside is little, although the area is pretty vivid by night. There is also a safe guarded parking place if you need one. Staff is friendly and they do their best to help. The hotel is very close to one metro station, and a medium walking distance from the bus that takes you to Casco Viejo, one of the best old city centre's that I've seen. :) <3 I'll certainly be back one day! There are only 2 metro stations till the Allbrook mall, airport and national bus terminal.

I liked how centric the hotel is. I was a few steps from the metro station and everything (markets, stores and malls) was a few stations away. I could also go walking to the Bay (Cinta Costera).

A little dirty neiborhood

My second stay here. Good for a stopover for a few days in the city. Very happy with the private room at a good price.

The metro is nearby, you can get your breakfast on the road to the metro. Room was ok for just staying some nights, stuff is ... blunt.. It is air conditioned, hot water in the shower and the bidet. Generally ok for its money.

I had already been here for 4 weeks in the past, for work. This place has the best ratio quality/rate of the whole area, it's near the sea, near the market, near a big supermarket (el Machetazo) etc etc. It's a perfect choice

Location and price.

We experimented with the public transport, a new experience for our children and grandchildren. You can take the metro at the airport and get off at Loteria Station. You have to change lines twice, one close to the airport and then at San Miguelito...nothing too difficult. The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk away from Loteria Station. We kept topping up our metro card and was able to use different forms of public transport. Albrook Mall is 2 stops away from Loteria. Outside the mall you can catch the bus to Miraflores, the Visitor Centre where you can see the ships traversing the Canal. You can get meals in the restaurant adjoining the hotel. The restaurant opens very early so if you're like me, you can get an early cup of coffee.
