“Comfortable but not amazing.”
The hotel itself could use a but of upgrade, but for the price it provided fair value for money. The surrounding area looks a bit underwhelming, but just a couple of blocks away everything changes. The location provides easy access to most places of interest and the metro station is a three-minute walk down the street. Overall, if you can look past the aesthetics, this hotel provides good value for money.

“Best vacation”
The view was amazing. The ambiance the staff the room was just amazing experience. I wanted somewhere quiet to rest and it was perfect.Taxi took us back and forth with no problem. There was a convenience store around the corner. Restaurants where around the neighborhood and there where in walking distance.My stay was at hotel HSR was just perfect. Will definitely recommend

What I like about the hotel is that, the staff were friendly, helpful and understanding, the price was very reasonable and the location was very good. And there is 24 hours security in the hotel.

The staff was attentive especially the dark hair girl at the front desk she deserves a raise! The place is not in tip top shape but it’s ok, the location is great just know u get what you pay for, I move around alot so it’s not a bother maybe I get one of the good rooms idk 🤷🏾♂️

“My first trip to Panama”
The staff was very accommodating but think they should is a need for dual language interpreter. The food was good, and the housekeeping did a great job.
