“I did not enjoy my stay. The staff was not nice either.”
The breakfast was very limited for the price of the hotel. I ate bread and butter with eggs every morning. The location was the only good thing about the hotel.

“Ok Somewhat just a few minor issues I would say”

I’ve been to a lot of hotels and I must say; Customer service is top priority at Hampton by Hilton, from the front desk to housekeeping is on point. My favorite part is the breakfast, even though it is breakfast only, I was amazed each day, even my last day. Oh!! I almost forgot about the view; the room, pool and gym view is exceptional. This was a new adventure for me and my spouse, and trust me the location had me hooked, we felt safe and secure. Restaurants and shops are like minutes away. I will definitely be going back and referring to family and friends, which I already did! Thank you Hampton by Hilton for accommodating our stay, see you soon… 🇯🇲🇯🇲

The location was great- close to food options, stores and shops. The staff was friendly for the most part and they responded to queries timely. The lobby was vibrant and spacious. The breakfast was simple but tasty.

The breakfast was very poor only 3 Options eggs sausage oats Maybe chips n salsa one morning one selection of bread which was white bread which wasn’t fresh the 1 st day we were there . Only bananas everyday. Once had papaya. And pineapple another day
