Lovely building and apartment. Great staff, fast wifi, cold AC, very central location close to the metro and the Rey supermarket (there's a kitchen). The balcony is very nice and keeps things cool with a breeze. Obarrio is a nice area. Ability to do wash is a big plus, you can get powder from one of the mini supers for 50 cents.

“Large and comfortable apartment”

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are large and convenient. Even though both are shared, I didn’t have a moment where I couldn’t use them, they were always free. It is a quite apartment. Nasli was very friendly and they let me extend my stay one night. The room has basic amenities. Very close to the metro station and supermarkets, and safe neighbourhood.

The property is in a great location, close to all different kinds of food and walkable to the waterfront. Everything is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The host is lovely and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Facilities are great, and there is a washing machine you can use free of charge. Aircon works well.

The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. I found the location great for getting around, especially with the Metro very close by.

The flat was in a good location - in a street close to the metro, a supermarket and restaurants. The room was quite small but fine for 3 nights and the air conditioning worked very well. Nice, friendly place.

Alan is a super host. Allowed us to early check in and late check out. On arrival, he shared with some tips about this area, where to eat, where to shop, what to see. Location itself, is amazing, shops, restaurants, bars, underground in a walking distance, 5min walk. Will definitely stay here if visiting Panama next time.

Fantastic place and fantastic staff

I stayed twice and really liked this place in a modern and safe part of Panama City. Lucia was a great host, who was kind, attentive but also laid back. Comfortable room with excellent AC. Good kitchen and laundry facilities and a really nice balcony overlooking the city. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place to visit Panama City. Its not in the old town but that is just the thing we liked. We stayed between the high buildings and are really close the metro station to move wherever we wanted.

“Comfortable, quiet stay with prime location”

Alan and his lovely mother Lucia provide a comfortable, clean environment. The location is fantastic. The metro is two blocks away. Uber is cheap and reliable. The room was very clean and comfortable, as were the shared spaces. Wifi worked well. Being able to do my laundry and let it dry in the wind (in literally hours) was icing on the cake. This is a great place for longer stays too. Thank you for your hospitality, Alan and Lucia!

Very good price in a central safe location 4 minutes to the Metro. Nice balcony where you can view the skyline. Strong air-conditioning. Laundry machine for guest use. The apartment is well decorated and maintained. The owner and her son live on floor up in the same building so are always available to assist. Great affordable option to stay in central Panama City.
