Very comfortable beds

There is an ice machine on every floor. Room was rather small, but always clean. The staff were very kind. Everything you might need is within walking distance of the hotel.

There is a swimming pool is clean and very pleasant to swim in, which I enjoyed. There is a cafe onsite where you can buy breakfast. Overall the hotel is good value.

The location was good with easy access to the city. Several small markets and restaurants nearby. The pool was pleasant and the lobby was nice.

“My worst experience in Panama so far”

Upon arrival, the receptionist told me I could leave my luggage at the reception desk after check-out so I could explore the city before my evening flight. Upon check-out, a young woman at the reception desk was very unkind to me and told me I couldn't leave my luggage, for no particular reason. Later, I received an email informing me that I hadn't retrieved my room key and a towel and that I would be charged for it, which is false. Fortunately, Booking trusted me and didn't charge me anything. Be careful with this malicious woman. I also found a big cockroach in my room. My worst experience in Panama so far.

The hotel is well-managed, and my room was clean and quiet. I appreciated that the staff even asked if I wanted my room cleaned after just one night. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower was excellent. It was very easy to check in and the hotel is provided with two lifts to take you to your floor. The location is also great—just a short walk from the metro station, the skyscrapers, and the historic district of Panama City. There's also a big supermarket just around the corner. As

Basic hotel, but looking at the price it's fine. Location was good, only didn't have a window view😂. Breakfast is normal with coffee bread and fruit, thank you for the stay

The breakfast and staff were wonderful, helpful and respectful. The pool was nice.

That it had a restaurant where you can dine. The pool which I didn’t get to use due to weather being rainy and gloomy. The maid service was done everyday.

Great service, the employee was very friendly in special Ms. Oris the housekeeper for the 4th floor, she always came to my room with a nice smile and very attentive. I wish everybody was like her.
