The location is really good, very centric! The price is unbeatable!

“Good Location But You get what you pay for.”

The front desk Staff was very helpful, especially Pablo and Xavier. They helped us with all our concerns and even changing rooms. The Loaction is great. Close to some shopping areas, about 5 mins walk. Turn left when you exit the hotel. Eating places are right around, within a 5 -10 mins walk. We found one container style eating place. Just cross the street and go down the street directly facing the hotel. 2 Mini-marts are close by - One off to the right on the corner and another down by the El Carmen Subway station. You can also walk to the waterfront (about 15-20mins). You can catch the metro-bus right outside the hotel if you want to go to Albrook Terminal right next to Albrook Mall. You will need a Metro card. For the subway, (turn left when you exit the hotel), walk about 5 mins to the El Carmen Sub-way station. Take the subway to Albrook Mall Terminal. The cost is approximately 75 cents US. You don't need a special card. Just tap you credit or debit card on the Visa / Mastercard Turnstile.

Night of nightmares. I killed more than 10 cockroaches, and I have no idea how many of them managed to crawl into my suitcases. I didn't even go down for breakfast, because I realised that the chance of getting an intestinal infection (the carriers of which cockroaches are) was never so close .

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Great buffet breakfast. Dumbbells in gym. The cook at the restaurant is amazing and for 10$ you can have a great meal

The location of the hotel is very convenient: close to a metro station, and with loads of shops and restaurants close by.

“Disgusting”

The breakfast was good. It was limited, but good overall. One of the cereal dispensers was damaged, and one of the guests asked for help. Then when a staff member came over, she tried to fix it by hitting it. When two cornflakes fell into the bowl, she said, “There you go,” and left.

Good staff and location. Nice to have an area that you could sit out in a bit of sunshine.

There isn’t a clean place. If you don’t bother about sharing your room with insects, this can work for you

Nice little Hotel. Everything is a little bit older but super clean and the staff is vervy nice and helppfull. Breakfast is good, nothing special.
