“Very bad experience”
Very bad experience, I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND it. The internet was horrible, the worst I had in more than 7 years of ussing booking.com. So as it is very important for my work, I left sooner and I kindly ask to cancel a future reservation I had. THEY DID NOT ACCEPT IT, even if I was very nice to them, so I will have to pay They made me pay even if I won't go there. As I am a booking.com premium customer, I hope they will help me.
