I really liked the pool and the breakfast was really good. I stayed in a big dorm, but the room was enormous.

Location, cleanliness, comfort and modernity of the hostel. The private room was tastefully furnished, exceptionally clean and enormous. And came with a fridge and ac so great for beating the heat and enjoying cold drinks. The free breakfast looked great but I never tried. The dorms are also very comfortable and great value.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was pretty big, also had a terrace with space to hang your stuff. We left before official breakfast was served, but the staff let us have some fruit and coffee even so early in the morning.

“Unhappy Guest experience”

This property delivered a fundamentally substandard guest experience and demonstrated poor operational accountability. Upon arrival, the team collected half of the deposit, only to inform us afterward that there had been an error in the booking. What was expected to be a simple motel-style room turned out to be an unpleasant, hostel-type setup that did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards. We immediately requested a switch to a private room. Front desk staff initially confirmed this was possible, but then failed to execute any meaningful solution. Given the unacceptable conditions, the guest elected to leave the property immediately without staying a single night. Despite the clear dissatisfaction, the misalignment between what was booked and what was delivered, and the fact that no services were actually used, the property still charged USD $145 and refused both a refund and an upgrade option. This decision reflects a lack of customer-centric practices and undermines trust in their service model. This experience disrupted the guest’s trip, introduced unnecessary stress, and demonstrated an absence of basic hospitality standards. I cannot recommend this property and strongly advise future travelers to proceed with caution.
