Bilingual staff at checkin was appreciated. The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful, but she could have used some assistance. The room was small but outfitted nicely. Very clean, hot water, good a/c, safe, fridge and microwave were all great. The location was great.

For us this hotel was a 10 in every respect. Perfect pool for swimming, spacious modern clean rooms, crisp new bedding, good AC system, wide staircases to avoid elevators, modern clean breakfast room, and a wonderful versatile breakfast, even with healthy choices. We stayed for 6 nights, and felt like at home while doing some business and pleasure in the area. There are many great and well priced restaurants within walking distance, and several small grocery corner stores. The area was safe, but we did not walk around in the dark. We would stay at this hotel again. It was simply perfect.

Breakfast option was good, room was comfortable, with many chinese restaurants in vicinity and TGIF next to hotel building. Place is a bit far from Canal and Casco Viejo. Uber rates are not too expensive. Most people do not speak English.

The rooms were air conditioned so that was nice.

Room, location, staff

The layout was really nice. TGI Friday's was connected to the hotel, which was really convenient. The pool was refreshing and so close to our room we spent the day there relaxing and wishing we were able to stay here longer. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Arvage

The location was central to where I wanted to be (Panama Canal and the airport) and there was lots of parking available. I like how there was a guard in the parking lot at all times The room was very large, the bed was super comfortable and the washroom was a large size as well. The on-site restaurant had a good selection of food. The entrance to my room was in an alcove (access to w rooms) which filters out the surrounding noise a little bit.
