Nice location with entrance to the beach just cross the road. Grocery was in a walking distance and overall, the accommodation was worth the price.

“Great value for money. Great location. Great stay.”
GREAT stay at this place. Very close to the seashore : only a road to cross. Very nice personel : although they weren't speaking English very well, they were very accomodating : they even borrowed us umbrellas and bodyboards. Appreciated to be allowed to use the BBQ for free and a brasero for chilly nights. that was great ! Nice pool area. Kitchen sufficiently equiped. Everything was clean and functional. Well located : calm and far from the crowds but not too far : 10 minutes drive to pier park for example.

“Dirty”
It was generally dirty , but the swimming pool was just disgusting , full of children’s piss , couldn’t pay me to go in there !!!

“We liked it at this boutique hotel.”
across the road is the ocean, the room is clean. There was enough space for a family of 5. There were no cockroaches or other bugs (Thank God!) The manager always responded to messages and all issues were resolved quickly enough. Comfortable room for a reasonable price.
