“Amazing stay at a Resort that has the perfect location and beautiful view”

Right across from the beach, next to Pier Park, amenities were great.

Beautiful light and airy room. Customer service was EXCELLENT. The pool and sun area were fantastic. Food Menu for dinner was brilliant. David our server was spirited, efficient and a credit to the hotel. The proximity to Pier Park - where in the USA can you stay without needed a rental car? Fantastic. Also Walmart and Target were in easy walking distance, with pedestrian crossings at the highway crossing so that you could cross safely. Did I mention Walmart? lol.

The staff was great and friendly.

Loved the location. Ideal spot to get to the beach and Pier Park. Close proximity to the dog park, and very dog friendly. The gym was also adequate. Most of the staff was nice, or at least neutral.

I payed for a gulf view room. I got a pool view room. Payed to much money for what I got

Excellent breakfast. New hotel & the manager, Britney, was excellent-even helped with bags. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Thank you. But….

The room was well done, comfortable and very clean. Our view from the balcony was beautiful. Breakfast was very good.

Everything was okay

How they charge my card for 300 for incidentals. Said I will get it all back then keep half of it I did smoke or trash there room im mad because my last stay did the same thing but they gave it back the took it back later that day

“Perfect location for our "mini-moon"!”

The hotel was fairly new so it was impeccable! The cleanliness, the decor, and the staff were courteous. The breakfast was not very good on the first day, the staff did not maintain the availability of the items listed as being a part of the breakfast buffet. However, on the second day, the breakfast checked all the boxes and the omelets were great! The room was beautifully appointed and we also used the exercise room and had a good workout. The location was AWESOME! Pier Park is in the backyard!

it was very clean and close to everything, the shopping mall very convenient, staff people very nice, breakfast and happy hour were great!

The location was across the street from the beach and Pier Park. The breakfast in the morning was good, I liked the made to order omelet station. Although valet parking was all they offered I never had to wait long for my vehicle and they were always friendly and helpful.
