The location was excellent—close to the city center, yet outside the busy bar area, making it quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the property itself is modern and well-designed. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

Stayed one night in the private cabins. Was perfect after a long day of travel. The shared bathrooms were very quiet; we didn’t meet anyone there and they were very clean so didn’t feel shared. The included breakfast allowed you to pick from a couple items on the menu which were great and plentiful. Coffee included too.

One of the best bed, blankets and pillows I've had in Central America. Super comfy - proper, soft and warm blanket and two pillows! Friendly staff, good food, great pool area. Nothing to complain about! Also a free water dispenser at the lobby.

Nice pool area, good location

The location is perfect, next to the ferry, main street and everything else you need. Breakfast is not included and it can be a little bit pricey, but good quality. Love the blankets and the coworking, really good if you need some good connection and a comfy space to work.

The place has a great location near the port where you can take boats to other towns, as well as close to main streets where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, ATMs, etc. The rooms are very comfortable (mattresses 10/10) in both the 8-person and 4-person dorms. The co-working space is very well equipped with everything you need, including stable Wi-Fi, desks, coffee, office supplies, and a kitchen. The reception staff took good care of us and were always ready to help and provide clear information, although the restaurant staff always charged us 5 quetzals more than the menu price without telling us why (we assumed it was a tip), but we recommend that they communicate this to the customer for peace of mind (we don't see any problem with leaving a tip for good service). Overall, it's a good place to socialize, work, and relax some nights.

Really cool place for visiting Semuc Champey and/or relax. They offer a tour which is really cool, prepare yourself for an adventure! Also the hostel is very chill with all you need to have nice stay.

“An incredible lakeside stay”

We were upgraded to what I believe was the presidential suite, and it was incredible. It was the largest room I’ve ever stayed in, complete with a swing and a movie projector. The décor is beautiful, and the room is wonderfully quiet. They also offer a wide range of activities and can help you plan your itinerary around Lake Atitlán.

The location was great, having a pool at a hostel was great, easy to mix with people ideal for solo travellers. Close to the ferries.

“Convenient and clean”

I stayed in an 8 bed dorm. There is tons of space to spread out in the common area, the wifi worked really well. The staff are friendly. I liked staying in Panajachel and doing daily trips around the lake. The hostel was clean and didn't feel crowded because it's so big.

The 4 bed mixed dorms were so cute with the walls painted and fireplace look. The bathroom was sufficient and clean with plenty of storage space. The atmosphere around the pool and on the grounds are nice and calm. Its also close to most things.

“Very nice place but noisy and low cost bathrooms”

Beautiful swimming pool and garden, nice restaurant, many information, activities, they also have a beach bar nearby. Staff was hepful. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.
