Friendly and helpful staff. Laundry service is available, which was very convenient during my trip. The kitchen is easy to use, with a microwave and facilities for simple cooking. Free drinking water is also provided. A comfortable and practical place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is spotlessly clean and well-run. Staff were polite and helpful. Location is good. Wifi in my room worked fine. It has communal cooking facilities if you want to cook for yourself. It's a few minutes' walk from the lake shore and the boats to Santiago Atitlan and the other towns. It felt safe. It's down a narrow alleyway, off the side of another alleyway (Callejon Quenon), which can be accessed from either of the two main streets in town (Santander and Rancho Grande) Some people have written here that they found this intimidating, but the alleys run through popular neighbourhoods, with lots of houses and small shops; I don't think you're likely to be mugged here..

The location was easy to find thanks to the pictures they send you before hand. Friendly, helpful staff. Originally gave me a room directly opposite reception but moved me when I asked. Room was clean, nice hot shower.

The room was nice with a confortable bed and good shower. The hotel is located at the end of an alley in the middle of Panajachel.

“Quiet location in central Panajachel”

Very centrally located in Panajachel. It is situated away from the main road in a small network of small and quiet streets, but it felt very safe. It's a short walk to either of the main roads where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful. There is a kitchen area if you want to self cater and a nice rooftop to sit with views across the town. It was possible to organise our onwards travel to Antigua through the hotel. About a ten minute walk down to the lake to catch a lancha to visit other islands. The staff can give you information about prices.

The room was basic bur the beds were so comfortable. Every member of staff we spoke to was lovely and so friendly. The shower was amazing. It was very hot and extremely powerful. We had a room at the far end of the block so it was very quiet.
