Great location for nearby shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff, helped with a very efficient taxi and laundry service. It’s very central so there is some noise from nearby bars/restaurants but it was very quiet by 11pm, so didn’t bother me at all.

Centrally located. Our room on the top floor had views to the volcanoes. 2 big comfy beds. It was very clean and secure. The manager spoke English

Comfortable bed, good location and quietness, great hosts

We stayed here for three nights whilst we explored Lake Atitlan. Our room was cosy and it had some lovely classic furniture. The staff were very helpful and were able to set up all our transport too and from Panajachel as well as some local tours.

Absolutely astounding staff! Francisco was so kind and accommodating. I travelled all night and arrived much earlier than the check-in time but the were able to have a room ready for me. Such a comfortable bed and clean room. HOT water and such a great shower! The grounds and surroundings are just exquisite! There are beautiful plants, and even a small pond with fish, an trees growing on the grounds. It is so peaceful and pretty. The verandas on all floors are exceptional. I spent much time outside my room on the veranda sorting out travel details and enjoying the many different birds. It's like a little sanctuary. The breakfast is phenomenal! The fruit cup, just one of the options, is huge and offered many varieties of tropical fruit (biased, I love tropical fruit). This is a first-class hotel yet so humble. It felt like home.
