Rooms were actually nice and clean, good showers, tv, toiletries. Lugagge storage super convenient and the staff was very kind and helped me figuee out transport.

Great location just far enough from the main street to be quieter but close enough that you can walk easily to the waterfront and many restaurants. Big room with a nice outdoor sitting area. We booked our shuttle as well through the hotel and it worked out great. It has a very pretty courtyard.

“Exceeded My Expectations”

My room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. There was a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden and the location was great. Restaurants, markets and boat launch were easy to walk to. Staff was super friendly.

Love the room. Feels like we have a small cabine in a tropical garden. Also very spacious. Staffs were very helpful. They also organized our transport to Guatemala City. Breakfast was lovely. Drinking water was unlimited!!!

“Great place to stay”

The location was great. It was off the main strip but within a 3 minute walk. The staff were fantastic; so cheerful and helpful. The room was big (we had a triple room), the shower was hot, the view of the gardens was lovely too. There is somewhere to sit outside too. You can have breakfast there if you wish.

Best value for your dollar, anywhere. Beautiful well kept room facing a pretty garden courtyard. Extra points to the gardner who made the topiary birds! Close to absolutely everything.

The hotel has a lot of rustic charm, it has soul and character, you feel immersed in the area of Lake Atitlan. The shower and the hot water are amazing.

Staff were helpful and offered alternatives. In the end they offered to give our money back in full.

A lovely place with beautiful garden area and restaurant is available. The room size was good and the room was clean and comfortable with a TV and garden view. Wifi was very good as well. The accommodation is close to everything.

The location is tucked just far enough from the main streets to ensure a quiet night and the garden is beautiful. When opening the windows in the morning, the scent of the flowers drifts in. The staff were all very kind and polite and the place is well maintained. Would happily recommend.
