A very spacious and comfortable room, with good shower and a great shared kitchen area. There was a lovely rooftop area with comfy chairs to watch the sun go down and a washing machine available for a very reasonable fee. The hotel is in a quiet street, but only a short walk from Calle Santander and the town centre.

The room and common areas were very clean. Coffee provided. Rooftop terrace had great view of the volcanoes in the atea.

The shared spaces are really nice , the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is nice with an incredible view. The staff are doing a great job , keeping the hotel clean and well organised. Daily cleaning of the shared spaces. They are offering free filtred water and coffee, also allowing to use the washing machine witch is a great if you are travelling for a period of time. Anita is very nice and helpful. They are also accepting card payment..We ended up staying for 9 nights here.

“Would love to return”

This is an great spot. One of the benefits is the number of shared spaces meaning you rarely have to actually share. Our room came with a salon, kitchen and tiny roof terrace shared with only 3 or so other rooms. Across the whole winding property I counted 3 or 4 kitchens. The staff are wonderful and professional and there is a very peaceful vibe. Our room was clean and spacious, with a very nice shower.

Kitchen had most of what you need and free coffee! Bedroom was good, private bathroom was decent. Hot shower. Staff was friendly. Good views from upstairs for coffee.

We had the place to ourselves so that was nice. Staff was very friendly and helped us with all that we needed. Big spacious kitchen and nice coffee machine. Had a nice rooftop with a view and chilling area. Nice hot water shower!!! That was the best part.

Friendly hosts, walking distance from restaurants and supermarkets, perfect for a one night stay. Shower was the best! Kitchen has everything you need, free water available. No surcharge on paying with card.

The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was hot with great pressure. The staff were fabulous 👌

“A great place to stay near the central market”

What a great little hotel! We had an excellent time here...everyone is very friendly and helpful, check-in was very smooth and breakfast is delicious and hearty. You have options for breakfast too, which is great. We cooked in the kitchen a couple of times and everything worked well - there was veggie sanitizer, oil, salt etc. that you can use. Our room was spacious, very clean and well stocked with bathroom and kitchenette supplies. Gracias a Andrea y todo el equipo!

We were pleasantly surprised that our Hostess, Abby, waited for our late arrival and oriented us to the facility and our room. Everything was quite clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and included cooking oil, coffee, spices and probably a few other things. A great place.

“Comfortable stay in panajachel”

This is a great hotel situated outside of the tourist area of panajachel..it's only a 15mins walk to the center and there are a lot of choices for food near the hotel . A fairly large supermarket is just around the corner. The room was very spacious and comfortable . The bathroom had lots of hot water and good water pressure. There was soap and shower gel provided and lots of towels.

Casa Esperanza is a bit out of the main touristic area which it makes it more chill at night. I found this area of Pana more authentic. The room was quite a big with good infrastructure. Perhaps it could be a bit noisy at night due to the dog’s barking, but the reception gives you earplugs.
