Very clean room, silent at night, kind and efficient staff, We were offered a free ride to the Pamukkale North gate. The hotel has a large parking lot, free of charge, we found it very convenient. It is also conveniently located wrt the archeological Pamukkale/Hirrapolis site. I believe the positive aspects outweigh the negatives and I would book again here.

“Good option for this area!”
The property is quite nice and well kept, the staff is polite and the food is ok, with breakfast being much better than dinner. However, in town everything is very touristic so this dinner is the best you can find

Very limited knowledge on gluten in food. Since this is a necessity kitchen and waiters should be familiar with this. Our son was first served rice with gluten and secondly French fries. He didn’t eat it. In the morning we were told the fried potatoes were gluten free, but we then found pieces of dough from the cheese rolls in them. This contamination is enough to make him ill for app 3 days.

“A hidden gem. Clean, comfortable hotel.”
The hotel is set in a quiet hidden part of Pamukkale, but it was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast offered more than adequate choices. The view from our room was spectacular.
