“Nice place with nice people”

We stayed 3 nights at The Cotton House with Tufan and Elif and Ali. The room was a good size with aircon; and everything is exceedingly clean. The shower is good and shampoo and gel are provided. There is a fridge with free water and a small charged mini bar (soft drinks). The full Turkish breakfast is excellent, served to the table. We ate dinner there on the first night and it’s a simple, well cooked option. There is plenty of private parking space and we were able to park our motorcycles under the carport as it was due to rain. The hotel is well positioned in the town, quiet but close to the amenities. Tufan advised us to catch a dolmus to the North Gate and walk through Hierapolis (€30) then down the travertine back to town which was a perfect way of seeing the whole site. We also visited Laodikeia (15 mins away by car, €12) and Aphrodisia (1hr 15, €12). Both are well worth a visit especially if you’ve bought an Aegean museum card - €95 for 7 days covering Ephesus, Hierapolis, Pergamon and many other sites. This is definitely the best place to stay in Pamukkale

The room was comfortable and extremely clean. It is a family business - everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We also very much appreciated the dinner and breakfast. There is space to park the car and it is close to the Pamukkale/Hiérapolis site.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this comfortable and familiar hotel, Toufan and his wife and Ali were so welcoming and kind. Toufan gave us all the information needed. The room was great, so spacious, very comfortable and so nice and clean. The breakfast was generous and tasty and we had a great dinner as well, everything was delicious and home-cooked. We loved it and we highly recommend this establishment. The location is good and they can manage all the activities you desire (balloons, etc). The staying as well as the dinner have a very reasonable price for the high level they offer. Also they have a rug familiar business so you can see their work all over the place and it is beautiful and it is possible to buy if you are interested. Do not doubt in visiting this place if you have the chance!

“A warm welcome with great food at low prices”

The Cotton House is a wonderful place. The owner and his wife are a lovely couple who are friendly, attentive and made our stay memorable. We would have liked to stay longer. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and excellent, modern bathrooms. Breakfast was exceptional. I would advise having dinner there too, as the home cooked food was wonderful and very reasonably priced. I can't imagine anywhere in Pamukkale is as good as The Cotton House!

Tufin and Elif are welcoming and attentive hosts, The Cotton House is situated very close to supermarkets, restaurants (although I would highly recommend trying Elif's cooking instead) and public transport stops, with views of the travertines and daily hot air balloon parades. My room was spacious, bed comfortable. Would love to stay longer next time.

Manager "Typhoon" was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is great, made by the manager's wife herself. Very homey and welcoming place. I felt at home.

“Wonderful, hotel in great location”

This hotel is a gem. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, a nice size and the shower is hot and has a strong flow. The breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect, a short walk to the entrance to Pamukkale, the minibus to the otogar stops directly in front of the hotel, as well as the minibus that takes you up to the north gate of Hierapolis. There are many restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. I really recommend this hotel for a lovely stay in Pamukkale.

This hotel is only 600 meters from the main gate of Pamukkale town. Parking is convenient, the place is clean and tidy, and Tufan is warm and attentive.

The owner was very hospitable and provided great advice about getting to the Hierapolis. The room was very clean. The breakfast was local Turkish food, cooked by the owners wife, which was fabulous.

“Pamukkale Perfection”

The place was perfectly clean, lots of space including a terrace, the view looked out to the travertines and hot air balloons in the morning. The owner/host and family were very friendly and incredibly helpful. They took our bags, hailed shuttles for the north gate and organized taxi for us to return to denizli after our stay. Perfect time in pamukkale!

Staff were absolutely lovely. Couldn't talk more highly of how happy, helpful and nice the staff and owner was at the Cotton House. The room was lovely. Nice size and with a great view of the morning hot air balloons. Breakfast was a lovely Turkish style breakfast. Location was an easy walk to the walking entrance of the travetines. Would definitely recommend staying here. It seemed like a much nicer place than the other options we walked past in Pamukkale.

Clean and cosy. Walking distance to everything. Family who is ovners are very friendly and helpfull. Homemade food, with their own fig and apricot jam. Recommend it very much!

Tufan and Elif really put in much effort to make our stay the best. Tufan arranged all our tours, from the travertines, the hot air balloon trip, the Kaklik Caves and Lake Salda. This was the best so far over many years off traveling to Turkey. Well done on team work and thank you for the red wine! We will always treasure this in our hearts.

The hosts were exceptionally helpful, warm but not at all invasive. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were delicious. The parking was secure, the location quiet and centrally located for visits.
