“Rude staff”

The staff doesn't speak any languages, one of them very little English, but it's better if they didn't. They were extremely rude and tried to scam us. We had some questions about what excursions we could take or where the bus stop was, but they gave us very rude answers and refused to help us. The hotel isn't bad, although the pool loungers are too dirty to lie on; they haven't been washed in years, and the small bottles of hand sanitizer were almost empty.

It was an amazing stay. Ismael, his mum and cousin are very helpful. We were shown around pamukkale when we arrived. He made our stay very nice as well by helping us with booking activities. He helped us with taxi as well. overall, its a solid 10 out of 10.

“A good, basic place to stay for a couple of nights”

We stayed in a two-bedroom house located in front of the hotel building (with standard rooms). It was a separate building but had the same access to the pool, with private kitchen, and terrace. It seems this house is shared with the hotel owners (the family who runs the business), but it has its own section, so there was no disturbance. If you don’t have a car, it’s only a 5-10 minute walk from the main entrance to Pamukkale, so the location is convenient. The pool was clean and comfortable for swimming. It is good place to stay for the price, especially considering that many hotels in Pamukkale are quite old and not well maintained, and if you are nor a luxury addicted tourist :)

“Perfect stay in Pamukkale”

Absolutely perfect stay! The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, made us feel super welcome from the start. The pool was a total lifesaver during the crazy August heat. The location is peaceful but still close to everything, we walked everywhere with no problem. Honestly, we didn’t miss a thing. Thanks so much for everything!

Clean room. Convenient location. At the reception they will immediately tell you how and where to go. There is a swimming pool.

“Cheap stay in good location”

Great location! About a 10 minute walk to the Travertines of Pamukkale. Very affordable hotel.

The accommodation was OK the hotel is central which was a bonus however the property is fairly run down and really needs maintenance and the public areas need to be tidier and a bit more organised had only one breakfast which was very disappointing shower was very slow ice cold and the floor dangerously slippery the pool was a huge bonus as it was very hot an adequate stay but not one that l would repeat pillows were extremely uncomfortable and beds ironing board hard !

Amazing reception by our new very happy and friendly friend! After a long hot day on the train, the pool was perfect and refreshing! Suggestions were given for food and we had a lovely time eating in the town during our stay. We met our new best friend "cinnamon" the cutest little puppy ever to walk this earth, hopefully if you visit this summer you will get see them! Breakfast was prepared at a perfect time to wake up and go to visit the sights. The second day he even went to the market for us to get some extra fresh food! Amazing hospitality by an amazing family. Great location, great area to chill during the hot sunny afternoon! Overall, 10/10, great pricing and amazing value!

“Would definitely stay here again!”

The owner and his family were very lovely (including their 3 month old puppy I cuddled lots!). Breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. Property was close proximity to thermal pools and main town area (less than 5 minute walk)

lovely friendly people . They packed a great breakfast for us to take to Pumakkale early in the morning . could walk easily 5-10 minutes in to the village .
