Overview
Totally renovated in 2015, this luxurious thermal hotel is located in a paeceful area in Pamukkale. Richmond Pamukkale Thermal has a garden with pine trees, outdoor pool and a spa centre. Pamukkale Travertines, which is in UNESCO World Heritage List, is 3 km away. The rooms at the 5-star Richmond Pamukkale Thermal include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with luxurious amenities. Guests can enjoy a rich set menu brekfast and refined flavours of Turkish and international cuisine at the restaurant, which offers garden view. There is also Pool Bar, Rich Cafe&Bar and Fireplace Bar, where guests enjoy a la carte menu and a variety of drinks. Vital Bar, inside spa centre, offers herbal teas and organic drinks. The indoor thermal pool includes fine thermal water with rich minerals. The on-site spa centre houses a hammam, sauna, adventure cave and a gym. Richmond Pamukkale Thermal features a modern gym equipped with cardiovascular equipment and weights. Other facilities include a games room with backgammon, an internet café and table tennis. There is also areas for basketball, beach volleyball, archery, air hockey, badminton, boccia, table football and mini golf in the garden. The private parking is available on site. Denizli Airport is a 1-hour drive away.

“Pleasant & relaxing”
We loved how it has the thermal pools available and the timings were great too as it’s open till late, it was ideal for us as we checked in late that day and we checked out sky the next morning hence we could still make use of the facilities at night

The hotel was clean, and it means quite a lot. The thermal pools were quite good size and well maintained as well.

Peaceful. The spa facilities were great. The room was comfortable and had all we needed.

To connect the Hotel by Telefone is Not sufficient. Announcement: Please press 9 for english After this one person can bei contacted.. First words in türkish. My question : Do you speak english? Then I was transferred to another person . Same procedure. No english no contact. Next Person in the Hotel. Answer : IT is Lunch time. Then Telefone was closed. This happenrd several Times.

In general okay. Facility is good. Housekeeping is a little bit weak. You end to warn staff not forger cleaning the room. Yet fruit basket gift was a great gesture. Selling swimming pool caps was inconvenient and nonsense.

Half board meals were delicious various choices to choose from. Indoor and outdoor thermal pools. Sauna and hammam (self served) included in half board.

“Overall great stay, refreshing pools and serene grounds”
- corner suite was exactly as pictured (the bath tub is high fyi so need to climb in/out to use shower), lovely quiet grounds. Clean thermal pool outside open until midnight and good quality and range of food: mezze better than mains. Even gave free wine and fruit for a birthday celebration! Hotel will call taxis which work by the meter so no surprise charges. Staff tried hard to communicate in english

“Welcome to the 70’s”
Beds were awful. Decor was extremely dated. Shower was over bath, very hard to access and extremely dangerous. Very low toilet, quite awkward. Meals were not great.

“A wonderful family stay in the Richmond.”
We loved the indoor and outdoor thermal pools, the dining was absolutely delicious, extremely varied hot and cold buffet style. Evening entertainment made for a nice relaxed evening. Rooms were spacious, clean and very very comfortable,
