A wonderful stay!! The hotel is fantastic, very spacious, well equipped, very clean and In a good location, ideal to get to Pamukkale Natural Park. 100% recommended Mr Turgai olmez the hotel manager is an excellent host, helpful and accommodating at all times, what we needed. We had a wonderful time at Pamukkale Kaya Termal Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for relaxation and comfort. What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality and warm, personal attention from the hotel manager, Mr. Turgay, who made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. We stayed on a half board basis and were very pleased with the food. Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, ensuring there was something for everyone. The hotel complex itself is huge and beautifully maintained, with excellent thermal pools and spa facilities, providing the perfect environment for rest and rejuvenation. As a pleasant surprise, we received a room upgrade, which exceeded all our expectations and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was large with ample amenities, with a large terrace with a jacuzzi and sun loungers. The location of the hotel is another major advantage. Its proximity to Pamukkale and the ancient city of Tripolis makes it an ideal base for exploring the unique natural and historical attractions in the area. We highly recommend Pamukkale Termal Kaya Hotel for a relaxing holiday and would be happy to return in the future.

“Great value and exceptional service”
Great hotel, good location, quiet, lots of pools to enjoy. Good food package. Value for money and the manager Turgai Olmez went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble from the welcome to the departure. He ensured we were well informed and happy with everything. Excellent service.

The hotel is perfect nice and professional people the Général Manager Olmez Turgay very welcomoming and ready to support on any topic to make your stay even more pleasant. The SPA is very nice Seyma is there to help and recommend specific packages. i had a very nice expérience. Will be very happy to stay in this hotel again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel, Thank you so much!!! The location is perfect, just a few km from Pamukkale and Hierapolis. The food - for us - was excellent - both breakfast and the dinner! The staff is very nice and helpful, the room spacious, clean, very comfortable. We had a room with a balcony with hot tub bath - and thus a private thermal bath - which was amazing! The Spa center with an outside thermal pool is also very nice! They immediately helped us to book a balloon flight over Pamukkale, which was quite last minute, and an amazing experience. Thank you so much for the beautiful time we had here at Kaya termal hotel! We definitely would love to come again!

The pool and spa facilities were fantastic and the rooms were very large and comfortable.
