“Cozy comfy place right by the Pamukkale travertines”

The location was amazing as just 5 minutes walking distance from Pamukkale - remarkable tourist destination really worth to visit - I personally visited twice 😍 The room had comfortable beds, all essential facilities and even balcony with the view of travertines as a nice bonus. The staff was friendly, nice, helpful and accommodating. It was a nice restaurant downstairs, the food was tasty and the service was great. Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay with a welcoming atmosphere right in the heart of Pamukkale 😍

“A horrible stay.”

The actual condition of the room was completely different from what was shown on the booking website. The room was very old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was especially disappointing — there was toilet paper left in the toilet when we arrived, the shower door couldn’t close properly so water splashed everywhere, the towel rack was rusty.

We stayed for one night to be able to enter Pamukkale pools at sunrise. Our stay was short and everything went well.

“Amazing Hospitality and excellent Chinese Restaurant's”

The location is about 100 meter to the magnificent travertine of Pamukkale and nearby area of other attractions. The room is basic, but thats more than comfortable if you really just want to explore Pamukkale specifically. The owner and his wife are super friendly and kind, so with the staffs. The chinese restaurant in the premises is super amazing and tastes like a real food from China. If you don't stay in this hotel, still i'd recommend you MUST dining in this chinese restaurant! 10 ⭐ !!! The parking just outside the property across the road. We are super happy with this property and its people.

“Good choice for overnight stay in Pamukkale”

Right at the foot of the hill where the white terrain is, with only steps to the town entrance ticket office. It's a small village so you are also close to everything. The hotel has its own restaurant: Chinese cuisine which seems to be authentic and a Turkish/pizza place. I didn't eat there though. The room was good size for one person. Standard, everything worked. Ali at the reception was very helpful and welcoming. Good price for money if you decided to stay overnight in Pamukkale.

The staff was super helpful, especially Ali, who booked my shuttle to the airport straight away, give me tips about how to see the park and a little ride. The hostel is 5min walk from the pamukkale park, near to different restaurants and with a comfortable room. Thank you ;)

The location is great, exactly at the juncture going up the Travertine. The room is spacious and clean.

“Stay away of this hotel!!”

I paid online, and when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that they hadn’t charged my card because they never do that, and that I had to pay on-site. I paid—luckily with my card—so I have proof. When I got home, I checked my transactions and saw that I had been charged twice: once with my card through Booking and once with a different card at the hotel. I contacted both Booking and the hotel, and for the past two weeks, they’ve been telling me they will refund my money, but nothing has happened. I wonder how many people have experienced the same issue, as most probably don’t even check. I even saw another review with the same story, but they paid in cash, so they have no proof. It’s sad that things like this happen.

“Quality matches the price”

The accommodation was really close to the main attraction of the city which is Travertines of Pamukkale and Hierapolis ancient city (probably 10 minute walk to the lower entrance). Really close to supermarkets and restaurants. Accommodation was clean and cozy. The price matched the quality. Great for the weekend (short amount of time)
