Great location Friendly staff

The hotel is very nice and centrally located, just a stone's throw from Pamukkale Park. The rooms are simple and very clean. The staff is very kind and the food is fantastic. They have a very unique terrace with a view of the travertines. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Great location , nice room , the owner and staff were amazing. Nice breakfast , ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was excellent . The chef gave us a demonstration of how to make Pide . Our laundry was done and returned back to us within 24 hours and a good price . Would recommend this place .

“Great Location, relaxing stay, a bit run-down.”

Mustafa Hotel is in an excellent location in Pamakkule, right opposite the middle entrance to the Travertines. It's also in the bustling heart of the town, close to many restaurants and cafes. Its justify the main road, so is very quiet in the evening apart from the chickens! The included breakfast was very good, and their upstairs dining area was a good place to relax and watch the world go by.

“Basic hotel but nice for couple of days stay.”

Although this is a basic hotel, but it had air con, the breakfast was reasonable and fresh. The location of hotel is excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One of our friend had their birthday so they arranged a cake for him (although we had to pay for it) but it was a nice gesture. Although parking was limited they managed to find space for us across the road.

Good value for money. Well located in the heart of town and near the travertine. Rooftop terrace to chill with food or a drink. Vegetarian options available.

Perfect location (few minutes from an entrace of the park). Nice people working there.

Fantastic unbeatable location. Truly lovely staff who went above and beyond to make our stay hospitable. Freshly cooked restaurant food was fantastic too. Facilitated laundry, breakfasts, advice around visiting Pamukkale attractions and Turkey at large. I would genuinely recommend this place to future travellers.

The staff were amazing and so welcoming. They helped us with booking activities and had a super friendly restaurant which catered for us having to be gluten free. Really made the stay special for our son with a disability. He was cherished. So awesome to support local and actually stay in Pamukkale. Simple accomodation in a great location.

Very friendly staff, definitely one of the best chefs of Turkey, perfect location in front of the entrance gates. About the room: you get, what you paid for. The room facilities might be rather "old", but the rooms are clean.

Everything was PERFECT ! The place, the room, the food, the cold beers, the music and specially the PEOPLE. FEDIR and AHMET were spetacular. Everyone should forget about taking tours to Pamukkale and spend at least 3 days at the town and of course, at Mustafa Hotel!
