Located right across the road from hills and lake, the family-run Alida Hotel features an outdoor pool with sun loungers and travertine terraces. Very nice staff, the boss is very helpful, just next to Pamukkale, you can see it very close and the hot air balloon in the morning!

Good location. Great views from Hotel. The host was lovely. Nothing was a problem. Best breakfast in Turkey. Lovely pool, which we did not get a chance to use, unfortunately.

The hotel is very well located. The breakfast is plentiful and offers a beautiful view of Pamukkale and the balloons. The room met all our needs, and the staff is very attentive and kind. We highly recommend it to everyone.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay truly enjoyable. The property is well located, close to the Pamukkale travertines. The hot air balloons are also a nice sight to see in the mornings. Amazing breakfast.

Location very near the cotton castle, food 100% Halaal. Staff extremely helpful even arranged a morning breakfast pack for early departure.

The breakfast at Alida was homemade and absolutely delicious. The owner, Hakan, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Staying at Alida added extra perks, as some local services offered discounts because of our stay. One of the main reasons we chose Alida was its prime location. Waking up in the morning, looking out the window, and seeing the stunning travertines with hot air balloons "parked" right outside was simply amazing! Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience.

“Bus tourists can destroy a great place so easily.”
An extraordinary place for a hotel, but only bus tourist come to Pamukkale and only cheap hotels and bars did survive. They struggle hard but the result is not impressive.
