extraordinary gardens; great restaurant

I already stayed here 7 times during the last years and I'll be here again next year. the place is so quiet, the renovations they did are really nice, the rooms are comfy and clean and the restaurant manages to keep its high level local cuisine, I appreciate that very much. As I mentioned in my review from last year I hope that they will make the check-in "live", I'm not a fan of small boxes where the room key can be found. Although I have to admit that this time the owner was on the spot so let's hope it'll be the standard as from now on..

“Perfect stay”

Everything was fine, but the breakfast could have been a bit more items on the breakfast. Theher was no ham and no cheese for example.

I have been coming here for several years and the new owners are investing in their business. It is a pleasant, quiet place with neat rooms and a beautiful garden. The private car park is also an advantage, as is the location. The restaurant offers a very nice choice of high quality local food and wines at reasonable prices. The breakfast is typically French with baguette, croissants and homemade marmelades.

The room was very good and clean, Really good shower. Continental breakfast was also very good in the well-decorated restaurant. The venue was set in a very pretty environment

Our room was absolutely beautiful, with a modern walk-in shower in the lovely bathroom. From the glass doors to the room we could enjoy the river and see moorhens and kingfishers.

The beautiful surroundings with a river running in front of our room. The modern and very clean bathroom. The breakfast served on the bedroom terrace. The friendly and helpful staff.

Very unusual venue with private parking. Peace and quiet by the river........we even saw an otter! On site restaurant very good and staff very helpful.

Was here before and keep on coming back, that says it all or? Located in a quiet area with private parking space, a few nice and comfy rooms and an absolute top restaurant!
