everything was great I have booked on booking.com and the hotel staff helped me with airport transfers and to book ski facilities.

The apartment is a good size with a nice view. It has a balcony overlooking the mountains which is very pleasant. The location is great. They offer shuttle service to the ski lift at a charge of Eur 4pp.

Extremely welcoming stuff for any question or need. 24/7 reception desk. A bit worn out but will be renovated for the next year. A small joined ski equipment locker at the ground floor.

The location was great , in center of Pamporovo. A lot of very good restaurants, located very close to the property.

The suite is very clean and the view is wonderful. It is perfect for family and friends. The hotel is full of young people and the atmosphere is fun so you can enjoy your holiday at all. There is a buffer meals option in the hotel part- food is with good variety and normal quality-nothing special but good for 3* and this is good for us as a family with kids. There is also a small kids playground and animation program. Pool is with warm water but the lifeguard is always in a bad mood-just avoid communication with him and all will be fine. For me it is a good value price- quality. Thanks a lot to the team- definitely we will come back.

“Not worth it”

Despite the description saying there are pool and shuttle to the lifts included in our stay, it turned out we had to pay extra to use both - and of course no one bothered explaining this to us, most of the staff were just shunning us and asking us to pay money. Finally one of the receptionists explained this was due to us booking a private apartment in the hotel, instead of booking through the hotel directly. So: 1) this should have been made abundantly clear in the description of this property 2) the hotel staff need to learn some manners Absolutely appalling customer service, not to mention everything in the room was falling apart and was badly in need of repair. To top it all off, the heating was turned up to 11 and we couldn't regulate it, so we couldn't sleep due to overheating.

Location good, cleanliness good, bar staff, entertainer (singer) and spa staff polite and friendly.

they have 2 bathrooms, one is open shower so all get wet we used it only like toilet but was helpful. En-suit bathroom was with shower cabin, which felling apart , shower stand broken , door swollen difficult to open and close . When we enter the flat there wasn’t electricity, we needed to search for the fuse box . Same story with water , we was searching from where we can switch on the water . Finally we found stopcock in the wall behind a box . Same story in the bathroom. I go to take shower - no hot water . Find was stoped fro the puppies in the wall after a search . I think that was supposed to be fixed before we arrive and check in .

Hotel and staff friendly and they are in really good location for restaurants and bars etc and ski resort
