Overview
Situated on a hill surrounded by secular pine trees, Elitza provides all-year accommodation in Pamporovo. Free transfer to the ski slopes is also provided. In addition, a spa bath, a sauna, billiards and ski storage are available. Rooms at Hotel Elitza are centrally heated and combine Ottoman decorations, traditional wooden features and local fabrics. Each includes free WiFi, satellite TV and private bathrooms with hairdryer. Guests can enjoy tasting Bulgarian specialities from the Smolyan Province at the restaurant of the hotel. The only issue that we encountered was about finding the location of the hotel. Since the address from booking's email was incorrect and also google maps instead of elitza shoes it as elitsa

Excellent place located in the heart of the forest. We are returning guests, and the experience remains top-notch. It’s very quiet, peaceful, and the staff is always ready to help. If you love stargazing, this is the place to be—the night sky here is stunning. We will definitely be back!

Very nice staff, close to gondola about 1.3 km It is a very nice view from the hotel or balcony If you ask for coffee it costs only 3 Leva, that is 1.5 euro Many types of tea and a good breakfast and also a good dinner!

The room was dirty with spider nets on the Wall. The toilet was like 20 people had used it before us. The staff was rude and they didn‘t speak English. I definitely not recommend it!

The location was very nice if you want something more quiet, close to Pamporovo Ski Resort, yet also in a bit more remote location. Need a car for sure though. Nice old-style rooms, traditional Bulgarian.
