Overview
The Grand Monastery consists of five interconnected buildings situated on the ski slopes in Pamporovo. The complex has a generous size swimming pool, sauna and a relax center offering variety of massages at a surcharge. Only guests of Grand Monastery private apartments have free access to the swimming pool and sauna. The Complex has onsite ski hire and ski school, a bowling center with variety of electronic games, billiards and free kids club. Lobby bar, a tavern and a restaurant are also available on site, offering a selection of Bulgarian and international specialties. Apartments are individually furnished, all have log-burning fireplaces, kitchen and dining area, Cable TV. Some of them have private balconies.

Nice property but we were not aware we were not hotel guests so the pool wasn’t included and cost too much for 6 kids. No snow yet due to late start of ski season. Bit boring. Were given bowling ticket for 2 of us but it was out of order. No mugs in appartment despite kettle

“Could be better”
Next to the slopes. Clean and spacious apparent. Some fine restaurants in the area (not in the building though). It was also fairly quiet, apart from the dog next door that its owners left alone for hours and was crying all day.

The hotel is located right next to the ski slopes. It is perfect for those who like skiing. But there is a lot other possibilities - the playground . Bowling, pool tables and a playground for the kids. But the hidden gem for me was the Kultura Spa and Beauty area. - Faith and Lynn will do their best for your relaxing massage.- 11 out of 10 The restaurant was near perfect - The food and service were 10 out of 10 I red some bad commets about the apartments - maybe we got lucky, but we were in apartment 14 and it was very clean, cosy and tight.

The hotel is nice looking, at a beautiful location with exceptional views. The flat we stayed was spacious, with well equipped kitchen and a balcony. The staff were nice and welcoming. They took us to the room as it would've been difficult for us to navigate to.

We visited off season - we pretty much had to hotel for ourselves. The facilities were clean and spacious, even though felt a little lonely...
