Large apartment set a block away from the hotel. Whilst the kitchen was not that well equipped that didn’t matter to us as we went out to eat. Also a very large balcony which was a bonus. It was a 10/15 minute walk to the old town. There are a couple of supermarkets across the road for supplies. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were cleaned each day which we didn’t expect with it being an apartment. We had booked very last minute as our original property cancelled our booking so we were very impressed with this one.

The bedrooms and bathroom were lovely. Nice towels and daily room service which was unexpected. Washing up liquid and sponge provided. Air conditioning worked well as it was over 33 degrees when we stayed. About 15 mins walk to the old town. Parking arrangements worked out well. Reception staff very helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly, full of information, and very willing to help us get around town. The apartment was in a great place to get around town easily. The apartment was well equipped with everything you might need and very comfortable and clean. The free parking was brilliant and easy to access. The restaurant/bar was great, lovely friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely. We will definitely stay again.

“Great place to stay in Pamplona if touring”

The apartment is a few metres from the hotel reception. We opted for the free underground secure parking, as we were travelling it was very reassuring. The apartment is comfortable, although one bedroom is smaller than the other and single beds. Great if travelling with children or a family. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Pick up keys from the hotel reception. Eva and Andrea on the reception were extremely helpful and friendly, thank you.

Nice place for family stay. Comfortable enough for a family of 5. Just small issues with the TV in the master bedroom, probably no batteries in the remote control … all just good for our 3 days stay. Very convenient location not far from city center … and private car parking included in the rate … fully recommended.

The staff made every effort to assist us..Once in a normal “double” room, all went well. Despite being outside the twin, only 7€ for taxi and a 30 minute walk back.

The excellent communication with reception staff. All questions answered quickly before arrival and then clear instructions given on arrival in excellent english. The apartment was lovely. Great aircon which is not often the case. Great shower, nice kitchen. Comfortable seating. Large and spacious. Can’t fault it.

We only stayed for one night but it was really comfortable. Easy to find and staff very friendly and helpful.

Location was great and very comfortable. Located in center of Pamplona, we've really appreciated wonderful support and kindness provided by the Lady as Desk Agent whom did the best to support us and with smile. Very very appreciated her great welcome . Perfect.

That our messages to the property via bookings .com were not responded to. That the contact info for the property as listed - phone no. and address for collecting keys is incorrect. As a result - we went to the wrong hotel - the Hotel Pamplona Catedral which is in the restricted access area of the old city. The instructions should state to collect the keys from the Pamplona Plaza Hotel. That we were put to a lot of unnecessary inconvenience for what should have been a simple straightforward checking-in process
