“Disappointed”
Pool wasn’t available due to time of year. We were on the 8th floor and the window was able to open wide so a huge safety concern. Dated decor. Had two coffee sachets in the room. We asked for more for the second day as they hadn’t been filled up and were told no we were only entitled to two for the first day !!! The receptionist was apologetic and explained it wasn’t his rule. We wouldn’t come back.

First night on a tour of Spain and a perfect location. Short walk to the old town, the cathedral, bars and restaurants. Secure underground parking, comfy room and friendly staff.

“Great place in Pamplona”
We were upgraded to a suite, which more than met our expectations. It's very close to centre so an easy walk. Quet area. Beds were very comfortable, and I had the best sleep in a long time. Coffee maker, kettle fridge in the room. Great shower, but also has a bath, which we didn't use.

Perfect location next to old town. Large room with fabulous dual aspect views, great comfortable bed and good quality toiletries. Mini bar well stocked. Staff very professional and also a lovely concierge at the entrance who ensured we knew where to park and where to check in. Felt very well looked after.

“Enjoy Pamplona, Enjoy Hotel Tres Reyes. !”
Its location .. with easy access to the old town for F&B and enjoy the charm of the old town which is lively and filled with positive vibes. Good size Room. Room is very clean, bright n sound proof. Comfortable beds. Bathroom is Bright n clean. Limited parking space but remember to book one when making booking with the hotel. What was more welcoming was when we drove up the driveway of the hotel IS to be greeted by David ( hotel security staff ) who saw our boot filled with luggages n told us he will be responsible to help us get our bags to our rooms upon checking in. That was a very nice gesture. And of course, we were also greeted at the reception by Tatiana who checked us in smoothly n provided us with important info about where to eat n where to go.

“Lovely place, very well situated. Highly recommended, will go again”
It's a very well situated hotel! I travelled with my dog and he was well accepted and no problems as all. Parking was great as I was travelling with a full car and could see if from my window. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Lovely place. Will be back - this is my third stay in this hotel

“Great hotel and location -def recommend”
Great location -walking distance to main square and to nearby cafes and bars . with valet parking . Next to a lovely park great for walking our dog . Lovely big room -fantastic shower . Linen very nice and beds very comfy . Staff so obliging . They even loaded our car when we were leaving without us asking . Fantastic service .

“Fantastic hotel.”
The room was very large with plenty of room for suitcases and seating. The windows could open and let in fresh air. Staff are very friendly and happy to help. Hotel is so close to the old part of Pamplona. Have stayed a number of times over the years and have never been disappointed. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located opposite the historic old part of Pamplona (Casco Viejo), which is full of bars and shops. Our triple room was very spacious.
