It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. We couldn't fault it at all. Reception and valet service were superb.

The rooms are luxurious and overlook the Calle Estafeta. It's perfectly located to enjoy all the delights of Pamplona.

Fantastic location right on the main square. Unbelievably great staff especially the lady who walked to find us when trying to find the hotel and then drove our car across the pedestrian square to get to it.

Our customer was 8 minutes walk. Being located in the Plaza we had the old town and the citadel all within easy walking distance. This is my third visit to Pamplona for business and I have enjoyed every one.

Sumptuous room. Staff arranged in room dining and masseuse nothing was too much trouble - housekeeping was exceptional as was the room service menu.

“Perfect hotel for Pamplona”

What a perfect hotel in the main square in Pamplona especially if you are a Hemingway fan! The staff were so so lovely. The rooms are big and comfortable and in the evening they come and make the bed for the night!

Our second stay at this fantastic hotel was thoroughly enjoyed. The staff are amazing, the facilities excellent. Highly recommend it.

“historic building with excellent location”

The room was fantastic with windows overlooking the plaza and another cross street. There was a corridor separating the room door from the sleeping area, so we never heard anyone in the hallway. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was convenient and split into a separate toilet and shower area with a sink and mirror in between.

The location was fantastic. An easy walk to everything. The car was valet parked. We cannot wait to return as the staff were so helpful and went beyond our expectations. This was the most relaxing of our long trip.
