“If you are traveling with children, the enclosed territory and quiet location are very good.”
very good location, it was easy to walk to the beach with the kids. bike paths are also very good - especially gravel. shops nearby. since we stayed out of season, the area was very quiet. I especially liked that each apartment had its own garage.

“Property well located but poorly equipped and uncomfortable”
The property is well located and spacious but can be noisy as there is a lack of sound proofing. The community areas are well maintained. The reception is located at a different location. The staff were friendly and helpful but omitted to explain the procedure required to obtain a change of towels and bed linen to us at check-in.
