The host was so friendly, kitchen was great, amazing price especially for a private room. It was clean and well designed and best of all there were the cutest 2 cats !!!!

“Perfect for me”

If I come back to Palomino I will gladly stay here again. I was here for 8 nights and felt at home. Only 3 rooms are available, so it is never crowded. The rooms and common spaces are tastefully decorated. The patio has a clean nice kitchen, pretty plants and 2 friendly yet discreet cats. Lots of ventilators are available in the bedrooms and in the dining space. Alberto and Clara, the parents of the owner, live next door and are always happy to help. They brought me abundance of mangoes from their tree every day. 🥰 Linda keeps the place ever so clean. 🙏 Posada Gallinas is ideally situated. It is central but away from the noisy bars and hostels. It is in a local neighbourhood (safe, Palomino is very safe). And it’s a 15min walk from the sea.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was comfortable and clean and the courtyard with kitchen was lovely. The staff were also very friendly and kind. The location is great, in a more residential area but very close to nice cafes and restaurants.

“An absolute gem!”

An absolute gem! We are so glad we stayed here; the main street is one road away so you are close to the action, but not in the thick of it which is important! The room was very clean and with some nice decorative touches. The outside area was the best bit; really lovely to relax here. The free filtered water was very helpful. We met the owner and his father who we both lovely, and really helpful with recommendations. We extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much!

Great location right beside the Main Street, comfortable bed with mosquito net, lovely relaxing area outside for reading. The host was very helpful and kind, they didn’t charge us for a night we missed due to circumstances beyond our control!

The place is very clean (really, it was the cleanest room we had during our trip!). Really nice patio with the kitchen which is very good equipped and also very clean. The owners are really nice! The only thing is that it's very noisy from the street (from early morning to the evening) because the hotel is located rather near to the local houses (not in the hotels area).

The rooms a very comfortable and the interior also nice. The outside sitting area is very cozy too. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook you meals. The owner and especially his father, who lives next to the place, are very kind.
