Right on the beach

Huku was a wonderful first stop when we arrived at the Caribbean coast. It was very relaxed, a beautiful section of the beach to walk along and have our first beach swims. The food and cocktails were delicious. The best Mojito I’ve had so far in Colombia. 😁 The room was very spacious, we had a wonderful time. The pool was lovely also place to relax in the evenings.

In Colombia for the first time for 6 weeks, in HUKU HOSTEL I did like so much the welcoming staff, a very professionnal staff able to offer you the real pleasure of being in this unique place facing directly the ocean! The cuisine of HUKU is really remakable , comparable to a great restaurant, I tell you the very truth: the Cazuela de mariscos, a real treat, a super plus!! And so on: the chicken with mushrooms so tender , the ceviches, the drinks, the fresh pressed juices in the morning with papaya mango pineapple etc gorgeous The famous juices of passion fruit, their perfect coffee! The service is signed by real smiles and consideration. The rooms are very clean, the place is wonderful through amanderos, cocos, palm trees, flowewrs everywhere! The swimming pool is large and the water is clean. This place is a heaven ! I spent a full month in a dormitory and met many friends from all over the world as a community traveling. very pleasant to share with travelers that know to respect a dormitory! I need to thank the Palomino people, and the all HUKU personnel: Justina, Valentina, Paola, Gersis,Jesus, Mariano,Joanna,Cimena, Luz, Andrea,Gayla,Andres, Saida,Demedio, Tandy,Carolina and others that I forgot. We stayed in a double room. It was comfortable and clean. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good

The staff was amazing, very friendly and open to help. I loved the facilities, the room was beautiful and clean. The hostel is just in front of the beach, and the pool is a great second option to relax. Restaurant food options were plenty and tasty.

“Beach front, lovely pool, relaxed vibe”

Clean and modern room with air con. Beach location. Difficult to walk into town due to beach erosion in parts. Staff friendly and helpful and google translate helped me communicate, as my Spanish is limited . Staff were patient and kind.

“Paradise near Palomino”

Beautiful location with a huge beachfront. The beach is peaceful and clean, something you won't have in Palomino I had two different massages with Jenny (one for pain, another for energizing) and both were excellent. NB: The massage table is directly in front of the sea and people do walk by, so wear a 2-piece. There's no place nearby for breakfast, so bring something with you or try their menu, which had a range of combinations, including vegetarian options.
