“Relaxing days in a wonderful environment”

Great location on the beach away from the village, large property with room and villas well spread out. It is a picture perfect place, long beach, palm trees, well maintained property, great food by the artists in the kitchen (extremely well done, fresh, tasty, innovative, but comes with a price). The team is super friendly and welcoming. If you look for secluded and comfortable days on the beach as a stopover on the way further east, that is it.

I loved this place so much - the setting, the socials grounds, the friendly staff, the beach facing villa, chilling out in a hammock taking int he view listening to the waves. Food was great I was also lucky enough to score a room upgrade on checkin - thank-you!! I had such a wonderful time at this resort and Palomino.

Beautiful and remote, very relaxing environment. We loved seeing all the wildlife too, especially around the lake. The river tour was more expensive than other places but was a private river trip to a secluded beach and was very picturesque and lovely.

“Raiza was the best part of our stay!”

By far the best part of our stay was the staff! This place is already unfairly good: ocean view that resets your nervous system, massages that melt time, breakfast you think about hours later, and a pool that makes you forget your phone exists. And still, the highlight of the stay was Raiza. Raiza’s service wasn’t “polite” or “professional.” It was human, warm, intuitive, and effortlessly excellent. She reads the room without hovering, solves things before they become problems, and makes you feel genuinely welcome rather than serviced. That’s rare. She booked massages, tuk tuks, and helped with a first aid kit we needed. You don’t notice it while it’s happening — you notice it when you realize how relaxed and taken care of you feel. I’ve stayed in great hotels all over the world. Views blur together. Pools are pools. But people like Raiza are the reason you remember a place and want to come back. She didn’t just elevate the stay — she was the stay. If management is reading this: protect her, reward her, and clone her if science allows. If you’re a guest: you’re lucky if Raiza is part of your experience.

Loved the beach bungalow we stayed in. the sound of the ocean crashing was so peaceful & relaxing. the food was fantastic and we enjoyed the daily breakfast. Lots of options and fresh fruit to die for!

We enjoyed everything there, starting with a well-trained always smiling staff, very attentive to our needs. The property and location are great. Food is fantastic, a lot better than we would have expected there which reduces the need to go to Palomino. All in all, we had a fantastic stay!

“Comfortable stay with beautiful views over the sea”

The bungalows are right on the beach amongst the coconut trees facing the sea. Bedding and towels very comfy and facilities are very good. Management is also very responsive and they immediately sorted a minor issue we had. Food is good too

“Very disappointing”

We booked one of the houses on the beach, which was quite nice. The house itself is very cozy, with ok comfy beds and the bathroom is actually quite good. There is a central restaurant and the pool is nice. The general staff is friendly, but unfortunately not all.

A paradise-like location, very peaceful and quiet, with wonderful bungalows that offer a stay close to nature. The breakfasts are quite decent (though the portions are relatively small, and there are no meat options). The lack of air conditioning in the bungalows is not an issue – yes, it can get a bit warm, but the sea breeze makes it manageable. There are no problems with mobile signal or Wi-Fi – while the connection quality might not be ideal for comfortable remote work, it's more than sufficient for a vacation and staying connected.

Our stay at Aité was truly special and relaxing. The staff were absolutely wonderful, making us feel so welcome and at home. Everyone at Aité went above and beyond to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel itself was peaceful and tranquil, exactly what I was looking for to spend quality time with my family. The food was delicious! Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable.

The hotel is located close to Palomino, so it is very convenient. The hotel has a private beach, which is perfect specially during the weekend when other beaches are packed. Breakfast was delicious. And the most important thing to highlight is the service. People were very helpful and friendly.
