This was an excellent experience staying at this property on my way to and back from Nordkapp. The owners Tuija and Juha are great hosts. Because of the nice experience, I decided to stay at the same property again during my return journey as well. The rooms are clean, the neighborhood is safe and quiet and the river view is just amazing! I would recommend this property in a heartbeat.

Absolutely loved this house! We arrived at 11pm and our host (Tuija) kindly welcomed us and showed us around. The house is cosy, warm and has everything we needed - very well equipped, even got wool socks for guests to wear inside the house! Great level of attentiveness. We really enjoyed the backyard facing the river and tranquility of the environment. Beds were comfortable and warm.

Owners have done wonders with this old house, giving it a new life, but at the same time keeping the historic and authentic look. Fully equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise. Cozy chimney fired up in the living room every day made the whole house feel welcoming and warm.

Beautiful authentic house, very quiet and the owners are amazing! Loved the sauna and not least the aurora just behind the house :) kitchen is super well equipped and there is a lot of space. We loved it.

This is an authentic lappish house, with a river (where you can fish!), a sauna and beautiful landscape all around! You also have a big kitchen at your disposal. But the best part is the owner, Tuija, who is a warm and good hearted woman, very welcoming, smiling and fun! It was so nice chatting with her. I recommend this place 100%, there's a great atmosphere and so much positive energy. Grazie mille Tuija :)

The LappHouse is amazing! Hearty and welcoming host who made our stay so great! You can swim in the river, use the wood fired sauna and even wash clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and make breakfast. 100% recommended!

I did manage to stay at this property because there was no public transport between Norway and Finland on this route and was unable to book taxi as advised on Rome to Rio.
