A typical motel/inn in Palo Alto, although on a more fancy side (lots of vegetation around, interesting style). Very professional, helpful and friendly staff, available in hotel I think 24/7. Room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable, large TV and good furniture (a lot of drawers, desk, several light sources). Fast WiFi

“Regular hotel, nothing Special.”
Breakfast on Saturday too Late (7am). Nothhing salty or warm for breakfast (eggs, beans, veggies). No fruit available. Old kitchen in Room.

Good value for money option in Standford. Reasonably cheap, well located, reasonably sized rooms. The nice surprise was that we had two bedrooms appartment allowing us to better rest.

The staffs are really kind! Amazing people who are open for communication and offer help. Soooo nice to meet them after I got ditched by another hotel and had to check in late.

“disappointed”
Not as nice as the photos, not as nice as the reviews, “breakfast” would be an overstatement for what was offered. Room had an odour on arrival. I paid $40 for a pet fee which was clearly just a charge as the room as smelly. And the stairs to the second floor were absolutely filthy. I would not recommend unless you are desperate

The staff was helpful and friendly, rooms not exatly big but sufficient (even if you need to work) and very clean. Close to bus stop, eating facilities and shops with essentials.
