Absolutely wonderful hotel, the room is beautiful, I loved the fireplace. I also think the staff was exceptional, clean rooms, room service came in early in the day and has done an incredible job.

The location of the hotel is perfect- right in the middle of down town Palo Alto. Front desk staff and housekeeping was extremely friendly. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Luxury beds.

Beautiful Hotel, very close to University Avenue! We loved the design of the hotel and the spacious room with balcony. Free coffee and tea station in the morning. Very friendly staff. One of the best accommodations during our road trip!

Extremely convenient location in the heart of Palo Alto. Very comfortable bed in spacious suite. Strong hot shower with full amenities and excellent house keeping. Would absolutely recommend this property and would look at staying here again next time.

Staff was great. Room was confy. My only minor point for not giving a 10 was that my room was facing the street and at night I was woke up by noise every single night, but besides that, an excellent choice
