Very beautiful and unique location. No staff was onsite, we had a problem during our stay however it was handled very professional via email. Breakfast was good. I would recommend staying for a night to experience the area.

Such a great stay. The manor property was so well maintained, it had such a beatiful garden, and benches everywhere to enjoy the day. Guesthouse was clean, rooms were big, beds were comfortable, there was free coffee machine in the guesthouse lobby, breakfast was also good. We really enjoyed our stay!

Palmse Guesthouse is located in a beautiful manor surrounded by an impressive museum and a charming park, perfect for walks. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a kettle and cups. Bathroom and shower facilities are shared, but there are additional toilets and showers in the corridor. Breakfast is traditional, like in a hotel, and the dining room is spacious, with a lovely dollhouse nearby. At the reception area, guests can use a coffee machine and a refrigerator.

“Perfect”

Beautiful area, right out of a movie. Could enjoy the outdoor wives for hours. I stayed here with two dogs and there are plenty of nice walking grounds here, even with active dogs. We even saw the nirthdrn lihgts one night!, Dog friendly place and dogs loved it here too. Nice out of season breakfast and most importantly there was a coffee machine. The Palmse manor chocolate you should try, I loved it. Very warm hearted hostess who speaks very good English.

It was in a beautiful location at Palmse Manor. We had a magical walk through the snowy forest and also enjoyed a visit to the manor house itself and saw the interesting historical buildings in the grounds. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast and Wi-fi were both good. We also enjoyed a sauna. We had very tasty meals at the local tavern. Most of all Silya was a very warm and helpful host. She even took us to the Independence Day ceremony in Rakvere.

this is actually paradise with the castle and the gardens and the national park a few minutes away…..no warm water at times, breakfast at ymca level… loveless….the cafe closed… the restaurant not working, closing at 7; offering only pork belly, leaving their guest to themselves and the staff just going home without saying a word… no staff at reception.. nobody there to ask but a lovely spot in estonia without question. bring your own bottle and sth to eat or go to the campingsite next door, they also offer cottages as well

“Suitable for one night stay and lovely scenery”

The manor area is fantastic with its renovated buildings and garden areas. The pond was a really nice extra. It is situated near Tallinn and good place to stay for one night.

The area is absolutely tranquil and makes for the perfect r&r. On top of that, the staff (especially our host Silja) was relaxed, professional and most accommodating, dealing without every request quickly and with no fuss.

the worst breakfast I have ever eaten!! Horrible!!! No juce, no sweets no vegitables- only fried eggs, bred 1 type of cheese and sauge!!! Veggy crem with coffe ehich reminded me of Soviet era railway station coffee!! Never ever did i expect such a breakfast in Estonia, not to mention in Palmse msnor house! ehst a shame…
