“The female receptionist could not have been more helpful - a real star!”
The breakfast was the only poor aspect of my stay. It was very basic, and not very nice. The bread for the toast was stale, which I might not have noticed but for the fact it was barely toasted.

“Good Place in the middle of Downtown Palmira, Colombia”
The staff, the bed was very comfortable, many pillows, the hotel has a green plants wall which is very relaxing while you walk the corridors... To be in Downtown Palmira, this hotel is the best option, the most descent one.

Not the best hotel like El Torre or other 5star hotels in Cali... but was very close to shopping and we had a pleasant experience in Palmira... would stay there again. But do not ever stay at LA Flora, worst experience in Cali
