Central location. Very clean and liked the comfortable large bed. Although no A/C the fan in the bedroom was great.

Area with locals and no tourists, friendly locals, surf for advanced surfers 700m away (only lefts) , best fish on the island and... low prices. A car is essential, taxis on the island are very expensive, getting around the island in local vans is cheap and they are available all day. If you don't want a resort or an apartment in Santa Maria, this is an option to explore the island.

I arrived after the office had closed however the instructions for entry were clear. The apartment was spotlessly clean. There was everything a traveller could desire, comfortable bed, shower, cooking facilities. When I met my host the following day he was extremely helpful explaining how I could reach a swimming spot and travel around. Totally satisfied.

Large and clean appartment. Good WIFI. Host and his staff are kind and helpfull. There is always someone during the day. Fabio lives very close by. Free water in the fridge, there is a little supermarket accros the road. There is a washing machine and dryer for your laundry.

I you want to spend some days in palmeira. This is a good place to stay. Apartement is big and all seems very new. Minimarked and pick up for lokal transport just across the street. Fabio is a Nice and helpfull host.

Excellent value for the money, I had a great stay. Fabio was a very responsive, kind and helpful host. Check in and out went smoothly. The apartment was cozy, airy, well furnished and clean, in a new/renovated building. Internet worked well and it was quiet, so I could work from there without issues. Convenient location right by a public transport stop and with a small supermarket across the street. There was literally everything I could possibly need.
