Zafiro Palmanova is located 200 metres from the beach in Palma Nova in Mallorca. It offers a spa and 3 outdoor pools with loungers, Balinese sun beds and a waterslide. “Perfect Family Holiday”
We had the most amazing first family holiday with our baby in the Zafiro Palmanova. We had an issue with our baby’s passport so ended up arriving five days later than planned. We were treated to a surprise upgrade which just made our trip so special. The reception staff, lifeguards were all so friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning soon.

The hotel was great. Breakfast had a good selection. The pools are fab - brilliant for kids in the inflatable dome and the water slides - and fab for adults in the other pools including the indoor pool! The hotel was clean, great sized room and nice decor. Staff all v friendly.

“A fantastic resort for families.”
This hotel is fantastic for kids. It was so clean and there was every amenity for kids in the hotel from the pool to the entertainment during the day and evenings. We upgraded to the penthouse suite and it was fabulous.

“Lovely family holiday”
Breakfast and lunch one day we ate all inclusive and it was lovely. Cocktails were amazing. Kids club staff were great with the kids full of energy and gave them lots of attention. Facilities were fantastic and all so clean. The room was so modern and spotless and a great layout. Staff were very friendly. Staff always helpful at reception. Mini disco was lovely and night entertainment. Complex very well maintained. Short walk to shops, beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Horrible air circulation in the bathroom, after a shower the whole room is completely dumped, towels don’t get dry.
