Very clean, good air conditioner, modern decor, comfortable beds, hot water, well equipped kitchen, excellent staff, close to lidl and mercadona. Cafes nearby, close to main bus stop. Nice beds around the pool, excellent if you want a quieter place, well run, great for couples and families.

A good budget-friendly option close to the sea. The location is convenient, and the beach can be reached within a short walk. Parking might be a challenge during the high season, but we visited during a quieter period and were always able to find a spot without much difficulty. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay near the coast, it’s definitely worth considering.

The staff at the hotel (connected to the apartment) were amazing. Everything was very clean and tidy, recently refurbished to a high standard. Lovely private little pool area - just what we needed.

Exactly like the pictures, clean and fresh. Requested a double bed and this was facilitated. Staff were really helpful, particularly with calling us local taxis. The housekeeping staff were so friendly too. Right near a Lidl which is perfect to cook your own things. Shower was great and water was always hot when we wanted it. No complaints

I cannot recommend this property enough, from arriving at the reception desk to be greeted by a lovely receptionist to the worlds COMFIEST bed it was nothing short of a 5 star stay in my opinion. They even allow you to leave your luggage if you arrive early/depart late and have a shower room to shower if you need. The apartment is spacious, clean and has the swimming pool facility and is only a 5-minute walk from the beach. For the price we paid, Martinez apartments exceeded my expectations.

“Great apartment, great location, March 2026”

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. A small issue on the first day was sorted promptly by the staff. Great location, only 5 min walk to the beach and a shop, and a Lidl and Aldi across the road. Will definitely recommend and will book again if we find ourselves in Mallorca in the future. “Comfortable convenient apartment”

The apartment was bright and airy, comfortable with a large balcony. The WiFi worked perfectly on my tablet. There was plenty of utensils and equipment in the kitchenette. The sofa and beds were very comfortable. The shower was powerful. There was a smart TV. Location was very convenient. 2 to minutes from restaurants and bus stop.

The apartment style reminded me a bit of my home so I felt really comfortable. The balconies were the biggest highlight, and the coffee machine and Italian espresso maker! The bed was extremely comfy and the view from the bedroom was amazing. I already miss having coffees on the balcony and watching the stars at night :) the TV was very well equipped also with all the apps so if you have subscription to Netflix, Movistar etc you have access to all entertainment in 1 click. I watched a lot of tennis in the evenings. Cleaning was very efficient and frequent. Great location and 5 min walking distance to my 2 favourite spots - the beach and tennis courts.
