“Just perfect.”
The location on the beach was beautiful although a bit of a walk into Palma nova. The spa gave nice variety and the massage was sensational. The staff were so friendly and attentive.

The hotel was super clean ! The staff dressed smartly and extremely polite. Pool and beach were both fabulous with stunning views . Food was delicious and so much choice . The drinks menu was extensive and fantastic cocktails .

“Lovely indoor pool and spa, inclusive team, not a lot of dairy free options other than soya milk”
We liked the indoor pool and the multiple spa facilities. Everything was really clean and the views of the sea and mountains were great. Me and my partner enjoyed the robes and sliders given. There was no issue with us being a queer couple we were treated just like every other guest.

Great location very quiet but close enough to Portal Nous and Palma Nova Great facilities and room was very clean and modern with a great wide sea view. Sunny in mornings to sit out. Great public areas and garden bar restaurant offered good food and drink at reasonable prices with the staff being very friendly and offering a great service

“It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Although it is huge it still seems very quiet .”
The breakfast was excellent.so much choice and all delicious. The pool was gorgeous. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony where you could sit in the sun in the evening.The staff were helpful and pleasant. They set up breakfast early which was 4:30.
