Great location, affordable, comfy bed. However the staircase not fully lit on all levels and no lift to top floor. Would recommend for a budget stay

Location was brilliant lovely rooms with balcony cleaned and towels changed everyday apart from Tuesday I think.

Located in Palma Nova, close to the sea and Cala Mago which is quite of an encounter, the place was tidy and comfy. Even I requested the 2nd day to change to a more silent part of the building, as on hours was noisy, and it was immediately done, + we got a balcony without any neighbours. Super nice and big thanks !

“Great location, very convenient”

The location is perfect. It is about 2 minutes walk away from the cafes, bars and beach. It is 5 minutes walk from McDonalds, and 10 minutes walk from Eroski. An ideal location. The bathroom was clean and modern. The room was basic yet functional, as expected from a hostel and certainly not below standards. I have no issue at all with the room, and it serves as a good base to experience the surrounding areas. We were in a room at the rear of the building, which meant we were not kept awake from any noise/music from nearby bars. I went to sleep very easily. The staff were very friendly and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The taxi cost 40 Euros, which was cheaper than what I could find online (65 euros minimum).

Lovely place .2 mins from beach shops and restaurants. Staff lovely. Place spotless. Room cleaned every day. We asked for a kettle in our room, it was no problem. We even had a small fridge too. Balcony gets sun iin the afternoon. Ìt was muchnicer than our sisters hoteland half the price.

Roberto, Emma and Laura made our stay in Palma Nova very enjoyable. They were all very friendly and helpful with advise about locality and restaurants. The room was comfortable and we were grateful for the aircon .
