“Extremely Basic, dated hotel”
Unfortunately, check in took an incredibly long time, we then found our toilet in the room to be broken, and was not fixed, so we had to turn the water on and off to flush, the rooms where cold and noisy and the breakfast was cold with no clean plates available. On check out, it was not asked how was our stay and when requesting an business invoice they where unable to amend the invoice to show the correct details.

Room was modern and spotlessly clean! Hotel is in a brilliant location for accessing Palmanova. Good relaxed atmosphere in hotel with lots of space to relax. Pool bar is brilliant serving food and snacks all day long. Hotel staff friendly and happy to help at all times.

“Excellent short stay”
Great location, set back from the main strip but still close. Every single member of staff was happy, friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food and varied over the days.

“Cool and pleasant”
Room is present only few steps away (500 m) to the beach and bus station. Room was clean and very comfortable. All the facilities were good. Many restaurants also available with in the walkable distance.
