“Relaxing, Comfortable Stay in Palm Springs”

Super nice place! The rooms are amazing, the bed is super comfortable, and the location is great. The concept is quite interesting since there’s no staff on-site all day and everything is managed through the app and they contact you before check-in so you can complete everything yourself, which honestly made me feel very comfortable. We did have a small issue accessing our room at first, but their support lines were very responsive, communicated clearly with us, and resolved the issue quickly! The service overall is excellent! We would definitely stay here again

The pool was beautiful. Quiet area . Bed was really comfortable and room was nice and cool when we arrived. Room was very clean and well equipped.

The surprise about the Cole is the outstanding restaurant- most small hotels and motels have an OK restaurant, but Freddie’s Kitchen at The Cole is truly exceptional. We had probably the best meal of our holiday, which included the Sonesta on Kaua’i and the Venetian in Vegas.

We loved our stay at The Cole. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were so kind and welcoming. Easy check in online and passcodes for gates and room emailed over. Air con working well in our room and fast WiFi. Pool area clean and peaceful. The hotel in a really good and quiet location, within walking distance of restaurants and grocery shop. Gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains.

Beautiful room with chic decor and very clean throughout, beds very comfortable, and gorgeous pool area. Welcomed by very friendly receptionist Laura who went out of her way to make sure our check in was perfect. Also housekeeper Aubrei was very polite and friendly, and ensured our room was ready earlier.
