The property is everything you would expect from the excellent reviews. It's in a lovely quiet neighbourhood but a stones throw from the shops and restaurants. Our room was fabulous with everything one might need. Staying here was by far the best experience of our amazing California vacation. We really didn't want to leave and would have swapped our 3 days in Vegas for extending at the Lucille. Alfredo and the staff are exceptional and make you feel so at home. Complimentary cocktails in the afternoon and Pizza. Our stay was made even more memorable due to the other guest staying at the hotel who equally enjoyed their own experience. If there is availability for your dates do yourselves a favour and just book it. You won't be disappointed. Many fellow guests we spoke to had visited previously and were back for the third and fourth time. We will be back soon also. Breakfast is also fantastic. Nothing not to love about this hotel, its staff and location. The biggest compliment I can pay is it felt like home away from home.

“The place in Palm Springs”

Great place, very special and cute, very nice experience. We went in August - it was very hot. If you go to Palm Springs I recommend you stay here. The host Alfredo is extremely nice and friendly and gives recommendations on the area. On the night of arrival he made us a grapefruit cocktail as he wanted us to taste something special.

The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to give us the most perfect stay! The room was incredibly spacious with the most beautiful and relaxing outdoor bath. Really enjoyed our stay!

“A Garden of Eden in Palm Springs”

A Garden of Eden in Palm Springs. Great location for hiking, biking and within small distance of PSP airport (10min drive), downtown (10min walk) and restaurants. Great hosts and staff, Alfredo for his grapefruit and lemon cocktails and Ross for his homemade banana bread. Thank you both, we enjoyed the calm and quietness !

We were met by Alfredo on arrival and given a tour of the property and our bungalow (Blue Agave.) He provided helpful information about local restaurants, the neighbourhood, and even served us welcome cocktails which were delicious! The walled property is tucked away on a quiet street just a short walk (2 blocks) from the main downtown streets with shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The hotel was very quiet and the grounds beautifully maintained. The buffet breakfast served out by the pool got us off to a good start every morning.

We loved everything about this property. Alfredo is an exceptional host and provided a wealth of information before we even arrived to help improve our arrival experience. The bungalow we stayed in was beyond our expectations and the grounds of the property, including pool area, were just beautiful. All the staff we met, especially Ross, were so friendly and helpful. Parking is provided and the breakfast selection was very impressive. It felt like a home away from home and we even met some other guests there too who were a delight to be around. Our only regret is not staying longer. Next time we will stay for at least a week to enjoy to property as well as have more time to explore all Palm Springs has to offer.

Wow! What an incredible boutique hotel! This little gem in Palm Springs exceeded all my expectations. Walking distance to downtown and popular eateries and attractions while being tucked away in a quiet and peaceful oasis. This was my first time visiting Lucille and I was completely blown away. My stay as a solo traveler made even better when I was informed I had been upgraded to their Lemon Tree bungalow with its own parking and private entrance! The casita style bungalow was immaculately decorated, complete with full kitchen and all modern appliances, smart TVs, and beautiful little details like flickering candles in the fireplace, bath salts for the tub, and an outdoor jacuzzi surrounded by lush greenery. The indoor/outdoor stone shower was also a highlight. I was in HEAVEN! Alfredo the manager is an absolute gentleman and accommodating host who made me feel right at home. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel with charm and character that is close to everything yet offers a peaceful and relaxing getaway where you can just let go and unwind. The pool, complimentary breakfast, and beautiful building and grounds are the icing on the cake. I will definitely be returning and staying for longer!

Great place to stay when visiting Palm Springs! The small villas were beautiful and the grounds of the property offered a place to relax and unwind. The property is only a few minutes walk into the centre too. We would definitely stay here again.
