From check-in to check-out, Judy was incredibly warm and welcoming. She went above and beyond by staying back to ensure our arrival was seamless, taking the time to explain everything the hotel had to offer and personally showing us to our own private little room. The hotel itself is tucked away in a quieter part of town, making it feel like a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. We had a truly relaxing stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and exceptional hospitality.

Loved the misters on the very hot 100 degree day and having access to the pool for 24 hours and the beautiful neighborhood and picking our own fresh lemons and grapefruits and having a small kitchen. Absolutely loved the shower! It felt like having our own little home in Palm Springs. We even had a lovely front and back patio. Perfect

- wonderful room and location, with a well maintained pool that had 24hr access as well as a secure site - wonderful staff who were always helpful, friendly and responsive. We were lucky enough to be subject to an upgrade of our room as well - free onsite parking - free amenities such as fruit, water, tea and coffee - extremely comfy beds, great WiFi, air con and tv app access

If you visit Palm Springs , you will need to look very hard to find a hotel to match the standards here ! Outstanding genuinely made our trip special !

A fantastic welcome from Judy. Thanks. Your knowledge of the local architecture was very informative. The property is in a very nice area and an easy walk to downtown Palm Springs. The rooms are very nice, offering all you need. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed is comfortable.

Lots of nice touches & had everything we needed. The room was spacious & the pool was quiet. Liked the patio areas both front & back of room. Everything was to a great standard, the toiletries in the bathroom, the robes, the sunbeds. We didn’t need to use them, but loved that there was a fire in the room & the fire pit by the pool. The staff were very helpful. Also, it’s close to downtown.

Gorgeous little oasis in Palm Springs ! So chilled and relaxed the room was perfect for 2 with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom proving all the little extras needed for our stay . Immaculately clean and so well kept . The pool area is fab with loungers umbrellas and floats etc . We stayed 4 days and despite other guests often felt like had the place to ourselves . Nothing too much trouble for the lovely staff . Cannot recommend highly enough.

Our toom was room next to the office. There was not such a privacy the other rooms have. The pool area needs some refurbishing.

What a great place! Judy was so nice and helpful at check in. Our room was smaller, which we knew when booking, but it was very comfortable. Great shower, great pool, everything was lovely and clean. Wish we could have stayed longer!
